Leveraging ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technologies, ERAGON ENVIRO TECH has developed a wastewater reuse system tailored for surface treatment industries, offering a practical solution for “discharge reduction and efficiency improvement.” Using the ULTRAFLOW continuous ultrafiltration system in combination with the MMS multi-stage membrane concentration unit, the system achieves a reuse rate of 50%–80%, substantially reducing both freshwater consumption and discharge volumes at the source.
The MMS multi-stage membrane concentration process, through a step-wise separation design, achieves high recovery rates while lowering operational costs, with overall recovery exceeding 80%. ERAGON ENVIRO TECH offers ZLD and near-ZLD solutions for the surface treatment sector, integrating pretreatment + MMS multi-stage membrane concentration + evaporation–crystallization. Wastewater is first pretreated to remove suspended solids and partial pollutants, then concentrated via the core MMS technology, and finally processed through evaporation and crystallization to achieve complete liquid elimination.
Compared with conventional processes, the MMS system can achieve up to 90% concentration, significantly reducing the scale of downstream evaporators, thereby cutting both CAPEX and OPEX.
